Our proposal seeks to modernise the existing site. The design will be in context with and an extension of the neighbouring Harbour Village. There will be two apartment buildings, fronting onto the Fastrack Road. There will be a striking new building on the corner, while the second building will be an extension and redesign of the apartment building in the proposed Phased 3b of the Harbour Village masterplan. There will also be around 550 m² of commercial space on the lower ground floor.  The design and scale of the buildings will be inline with the rest of Harbour Village and there will be high quality landscaping and parking facilities.

The new homes at Abacus Corner will comprise 2, three-bedroom houses and the 63 apartments will be made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. These include accessible homes and almost a third will be offered on a shared-ownership basis.

The commercial space will be about the size of two tennis courts and will be designed to complement the nearby community hub. It will be serviced by a loading bay located off the Fastrack Road.

The design, shape and height of the new buildings will be inline with the other buildings at the river end of Harbour Village.
