Phase 2C is a technical part of the development.  It covers the Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) on the site. Excess rainwater will be collected from the site and drained into Robins Creek. Experts concur the surface water can be retained in the reed lined basin before flowing into the Thames when tidal conditions allow.  A "reserved matters" planning application has been submitted to EDC for this part of the development.​
