Phase 2C is a technical part of the development and has been given planning permission.  It covers the Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS) on the site. Excess rainwater will be collected from the site and drained into Robins Creek. Experts concur the surface water can be retained in the reed lined basin before flowing into the Thames when tidal conditions allow.  ​
