We, Bellway Homes, are keen to hear the views of local residents on our plans for two smaller sites. We are proposing transforming Abacus Corner (the small industrial hub between College Road, Grove Road and Harbour Village) into a mixed scheme of 65 new homes with around 550m² of commercial space. We are seeking to build a workshop on our small pocket of land in the north west corner of Factory Road. This has been carefully designed to give the appearance of a house and will have minimal environmental impact.

We are holding a drop-in public exhibition, where our team will be keen to meet you to explain our proposals, on Wednesday 7th May 2025, at The Hive Launderette from 3-5.30pm and at the Harbour Village Show Centre from 5.45-7pm.
