Bellway Homes is keen to hear the ideas of the Northfleet community for the next steps in its development at Northfleet Embankment West, the former industrial land linking the Hive to the Thames. Ebbsfleet Development Corporation has given the go-ahead for new green spaces behind the Hive and Lawn Primary School including a football pitch, heritage park, upgraded Chimney View Park and a new footbridge across the Tarmac road. There will also be a community centre near the river and 532 houses, 30% of which will be affordable. Bellway Homes is now starting the next stage which is to seek approval for the detailed design.  We are keen to hear the views of local people. Please read our website and tell us what you think.
