Welcome to our consultation for the latest proposals for Harbour Village, which includes the areas around the riverside. We, Bellway, already have outline planning and Masterplan permission (Ref: EDC/16/0004) for the site.
We are now keen to hear the views of local residents on our detailed plans for Phase 3A (shown in pink) and give you the chance to contribute to them.
These latest plans include:
· 278 new homes (30% will be affordable homes)
· A 4m wide Riverside promenade
· A 200 m² Community centre
· Landscaped open spaces including a gym and a play area
· The FasTrack route through Harbour Village
We held a public consultation event at The Hive shops on Tuesday 7th March from 3-7 pm where our design team met local residents. You can see the exhibition boards by clicking here.
