The riverside phase of the Harbour Village development is expected to provide 278 new homes, 82 (30%) of which will be affordable homes. The buildings vary in height with those along the river as 5 storeys, the buildings behind 3 and 4 storeys and the corner building overlooking Robins Creek (including the community centre on the ground floor) 7 storeys.

The Harbour Village development has been designed with roads leading from The Hive to the Thames, maximizing river views for everyone. The riverside phase of the development continues this idea which is evident in the layout of the buildings. Solar panels will be included on the roofs to enhance sustainability. We also studied local history and architecture and tried to reflect them in the design.
The buildings next to the riverside promenade will sit on a podium, with car parking spaces on the ground floor. There will also be provision for some on-street parking and secure bicycle storage.
